We also welcome your feedback and will take constructive criticism and share it with the appropriate internal teams to continue improving our product.

What you can expect from us

Employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, vendors or any entities who represent Bigcommerce in any way will identify themselves as such in the community.

We reserve the right to remove any posts, comments or fans from the page. Occasionally, a user's comments on our page may be hidden from public view if another community user or Facebook has flagged it as spam.

User-generated content contributed by the community does not reflect the views or opinions of Bigcommerce, its employees, investors, partners, affiliates, contractors, vendors or any entities.

What we expect from you

We welcome your feedback about our product, but please keep it constructive. Multiple comments about the same issue or comments that do not have the possibility of resolution are not constructive. If you post these comments, we will likely delete most of the comments, and we reserve the right to block you from future participation with our community.
